policies.

i am no longer open to reviewing self-published or indie young adult fiction (unless you are a known friend or acquaintance and we have previously discussed my reviewing your title).

i am sorry, but due to a busy schedule and a clear-cut review policy, i have begun and will continue to delete e-mailed requests along these lines.

i do remain open to reviewing traditionally published young adult novels and middle grade fiction, and accepting review copies or advanced reader's copies from publishers or authors. i am particularly open to speculative fiction, especially magical realism and fantasy.

i do my best to cross-post reviews to goodreads, librarything, ya books central and amazon. i can post on other sites upon request. i am also open to other special requests, such as guest posts. just ask me!

each review is based upon my opinion. i am not paid or reimbursed for my reviews, and i cannot guarantee positive reviews. i am doing my best, though, to start features that may refer books that weren't my cup of tea to readers that may enjoy them more.

if you wish to contact me for any reason, fill out the form on my contact page and i will respond as soon as humanly possible!

Just wanted to tell you that you have a beautiful site, bright and well thought out. I get it that you can't fit in self-pub'd books, but before you dismiss my trilogy, please note that my books were miraculously featured on USA Today as MUST READ YA and I was the featured Author for the past three weeks on Amazon's homepage. The reason I'm reaching out to you is your voice for Diverse Books. Perhaps you know another blogger who also champions YA Books with Diversity. Feel free to pass on my info. rkpaulus at gmail dot com Best, Rajdeep Paulus, author of Swimming Through Clouds
