In My Mailbox {1}: Weekend Haul Edition!

So usually I do my library trips on Monday, and then spend the rest of the week with my nose in a book/typing furiously away at whatever inspiration hits me. But, today my mother actually consented to visit the library with me (miracle of miracles, as usually she opts to sit in the car and comes in only when it's time to pull me away from the stacks, kicking and screaming as I go...but that's another story), so I'm starting my weekend with a fresh dose of my (very much legal and encouraged) addiction.

Also, a bit of a funny story from today's library trip. When I'm in the library, I'm literally deaf and dumb to any other person attempting to talk to me, or rather talk at me. I submerged myself in the YA section for pretty much the whole trip. I might have accidentally blown off the reference librarian when she tried to say hi - um, oops. (She's probably used to it by now) I emerged, panting and triumphant, with my treasure horde, and the librarian at the circulation desk remarked, "God, you're like a kid in a candy store."

My response was typical of any extreme bibliophile: "I know. Isn't it wonderful?"

She just shook her head. I think they know enough of me by now to know that I'm a hopeless case.

Seeing as this is a weekend edition, I am being understandably lazy and/or ridiculously lax in adding appropriate cover art. Please pardon me, and look, I did add GoodReads links. That's good, right? Not too hopeless yet.

Library

E-Books (via library circulation)

Now, not counting the e-books, who's willing to bet that I can finish at least half the library books before Friday...Anyone, anyone?

**Edited July 10** Wow, didn't realize how long my rambling was at the top. Maybe I should just vlog next time, yes?
